GS3.12 out now

We’ve finally got a new release of Greenstone 3 out and ready for you all to download: Greenstone 3.12.
The GS3.12 binaries are available for the following OS:
- Windows binary tested on Win 10
- Mac binary generated on Monterey (Mac 12.7.6) but tested on Sonoma (MacOS 14.7.6)
- 32 and 64 bit binaries for Linux are now out. 64 bit binary tested on Ubuntu 20.046 LTS. 32 bit binary untested.
